Our coffee partner

Small shops. Serious coffee.

Take a look at our wine list and you'll see a pattern — small producers, careful work, picked because they make something worth pouring. Our coffee gets the same treatment.

Idle Hands roasts out of Salt Lake City in small batches. Their blends shift with the season; their single-origins pull from three or four countries in any given month — bright, fruit-forward, deep, chocolatey. Take your pick.

"We wanted coffee that tastes like someone made it."

It means a Tuesday cortado and a Thursday pour-over can taste like two different worlds — same roaster, the breadth doing the work.
